with the Basic Builder Package
- All the pressure treated starter plate required to seal the
materials package to the foundation.
- All the solid 8" (Graded before milling) random length
precision milled logs for the first floor. (Eastern White Pine, Western Red Cedar,
Northern White Cedar, Bald Cypress or Oak, as quoted).
- All the two story log home designs have full logs for
exterior walls OR matching exterior log siding and exterior studding is provided in lieu
of solid logs and accessories on log sided structures when selected.
- All the lag screws and washers required to fasten each log
course (optional spikes or olylog screws available).
- All the double tongue and groove (double row) log cell
polyfoam insulation sealing tape.
- All the hardwood oak joints dowels for butt joints and
corner joints.
- All the log caulkiing to seal horizontal log areas, butt
joints and corner joints.
- Matching exterior log siding for gable ends and dormers
(including garages if applicable).
- All the 2X SYP"#2 or SPF#2 Construction grade stress
engineered roof rafters or engineered roof trusses depending on design. Normal
design is for #30 roof loading.
- All the porch posts and carry beams with conventional 2X
SYP#2 or SPF#2 porch rafters.
- All the exterior door buck frames.
- All the exterior window buck frames.
- Two courses of 2" X 8" log siding for skirting.
- Corner boards for contemporary and chinked log styles and
